1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gh333", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the gh333 platform accessible at https://gh333.io and all associated services operated thereunder.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the gh333 platform or accesses any part of the gh333 service.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the gh333 platform.
• "Platform" means the gh333 website, mobile interface, software, games, sportsbook, and all related services made available at https://gh333.io.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 14. Account Suspension and Termination

gh333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
